As the CEO of a not-for-profit organisation, I rely on the strategic support of my Board of Management team.

I had the good fortune to have Rebecca Alexander on my Board at Life Education SA (LESA) in a totally voluntary capacity from 2001 through 2008 as both a Board Member and later as Chairperson.

Rebecca epitomised everything that an effective Board member should be demonstrating high level strategic thinking, leadership, commitment, passion and quite outstanding ‘people management’ skills.

If I could clone Rebecca or replicate the ‘effectiveness DNA’ that she so obviously possesses, I would do so immediately.
